At MPC Health, we do our best to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
Every parcel is packed with care and dispatched through trusted courier partners across Pakistan.
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters our fulfillment queue.
We typically process and hand over all paid orders to the courier within 1–2 business days.
During high-demand periods (sales or holidays), processing time may extend by an additional 1–2 days, but we’ll keep you informed via SMS or WhatsApp.
Karachi: 1–2 business days after dispatch
Major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.): 2–4 business days after dispatch
Other areas / remote locations: 4–6 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier workload, weather, or public holidays.
Free Delivery: Orders above Rs. 3,000 qualify for free nationwide shipping.
Standard Delivery Fee: Rs. 250 on orders below Rs. 3,000.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
We work with reliable, nationwide couriers including Leopard Courier, TCS, and Call Courier to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Once dispatched, your parcel’s tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
COD is available across Pakistan for most locations.
To prevent misuse, large orders or repeat high-value orders may require advance payment confirmation before dispatch.
Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery time. The courier cannot provide change or split payments.
Orders paid via Bank Transfer or other prepaid methods are prioritized for faster dispatch.
Once payment is verified, the order is shipped within 24–48 hours.
Bank transfer slips must be clear and sent to our WhatsApp support (0341-3353009) for confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive your tracking number and courier name.
You can track your parcel through the courier’s official website or by contacting our team.
If tracking isn’t visible after 24 hours, please reach out to us — we’ll help you locate your parcel instantly.
If a package is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address or missing contact details,
Repeated failed delivery attempts, or
Refusal to accept the parcel,
you may request reshipment by paying the return and reshipping fee.
In case you no longer wish to receive it, refunds (if eligible) will exclude delivery costs and return charges.
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with:
Please take clear photos of the outer packaging and inner items.
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp: 0341-3353009.
We’ll investigate with the courier and arrange replacement or refund if verified.
Currently, MPC Health ships only within Pakistan.
We are working to introduce international delivery in the near future.

Delivery timelines and charges may change without prior notice depending on courier rates or logistics conditions.
MPC Health is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen courier or regional issues (weather, roadblocks, or strikes).
Ownership of the parcel transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the courier.
