MPC Health – Returns & Refund Policy

At MPC Health, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each product is carefully checked and packed before it leaves our warehouse. However, if you receive a wrong or faulty item, we’ll make sure to resolve it quickly and fairly.


1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

  • You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • A return or refund is only eligible if:

    • You received the wrong product, or

    • The product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and seals intact.

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and quality control, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplements.

  • Bundles, promotional, or discounted products.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.

  • Packaging with minor dents or imperfections that do not affect product quality.


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • WhatsApp us at 0341-3353009.

    • Provide your Order Number, Delivery Date, and a short description of the issue.

    • Attach clear photos or videos showing the problem.

  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll be asked to send the product to:
    MPC Health
    Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan

    (Please note: return shipping costs are covered by the customer.)

  3. After we receive and inspect the product (usually within 2–3 working days), we’ll confirm your refund approval.


4. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued only via bank transfer in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Please provide your bank details once your return is approved (Account Title, Bank Name, Account Number/IBAN).

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection approval.

  • Delivery and return shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • The customer covers the return shipping in all cases.

  • Please use a trackable courier service and keep the shipping receipt until your return is confirmed.

  • MPC Health is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return transit.


6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is marked “delivered” by the courier but not received, contact us within 48 hours so we can start a trace with the courier.

  • Undelivered or returned parcels due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts can be reshipped at the customer’s cost.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be changed or cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, the standard return/refund process will apply.


8. Fair Use Policy

We aim to ensure every customer has a fair experience. If we notice repeated or inconsistent return claims, MPC Health reserves the right to decline future requests after proper review.
