If you don’t know the courier, no problem — enter the tracking number, choose “Track Now”, and try the most likely courier. Most MPC orders ship via local partners (Postex / Leopards / Trax).

Check Your Order Status (No Tracking Yet?)

  • Open the **Order Confirmation** email from MPC HEALTH and click **“View your order”** — it shows live order status and updates.
  • Using the **Shop** app? Log in with the same email and your order will appear automatically with tracking once shipped.
  • Still need help? Email support@mpchealth.com with your **Order #** and **Phone/Email** used at checkout.
